WC MN | Our county seat has the only public library building. Our grandchildren go often in the summer as the library has some terrific summer programs. We also have a mobile, multi-county unit that stops in our town on a weekly basis. No additional tax line on real estate statements, I guess it's part of general taxes. The grandkids are given their own library cards at no charge even though they live out of state.
