As much as I hate deer eating my crops, once I was cutting hay and a doe would not move as I got closer, until the very last second. I stopped and found a freshly born fawn. I wrapped it in some of the cut hay,to keep my smell off , and moved it over a couple windrows. It was gone when I baled 2 days later.
