Jim was adamant about a 17 year bullish commodity cycle beginning in 1998 and he was also very bullish about agriculture in particular which is not a main topic among investors..It was about 2004 before the combination of a late corn belt drought hurting bean yields and china buying ignited a grain rally and then ethanol came on..By his cycle 2015 should have been the end of the hyper run of commodities..This thought helped me keep a little powder dry through this period,
