North End I-15 | A High school friend had his whole stomach removed . Cancer .
He is in his mid 70s , Never overweight , just one of those things .
I saw him at a nephews funeral and asked how he was doing .
Well...." Eat small amounts , frequently , but have terrible gas problems."
He was the one who when we were kids told me this, we were out horseback riding on his dads ranch when his horse started a series of rolling farts.
" A fart'n horse never tires , a fart'n man is the man to hire. "
I repeated this to him some 60 years later , he just smiled and said "excuse me. "
Sort of off the subject but any way .
My sisters sister in law had the band surgery , lost a lot of weight , had gas problems , now back to where she was before surgery .
Guess the answer is , Diet , Exercise , And have to seriously want to loose weight aka Will power.
I float 20 lbs depending on the season , since retirement a bit less. | |
