Central MN | I know several people who have had the "band" surgery and they all lost a lot of weight in the following 6 months or so. On almost all of them by 18-24 months after the surgery, they were back to their original starting weight or bigger with more health problems than they had before. From what I have seen it is not a solution I would use myself or any one I care about. It still all comes down to self control with diet and excercise whether the surgery is used or not. | |
