And I will not have to bother John Deere service department for wiring diagrams, I know sometimes you could flip the switch on/off swithch on the monitor and sometimes the speed would work for a second or 2 a go right back off. There are 2 wires that come out of the big cable. I know this to be the speed cable after you told me what they were. These 2 wires go into 1 side of the black box and come out the other side of the black box. And then these 2 wire are terminated to a connector and the other end of the connector is a amphinol plug that attaches to the back of the monitor. The black box is mounted/glued to the back of the monitor mounting bracket. What is the purpose of that black box. I sent you an email thanking you. Hope you don't mind. Thanks for all of your help.
