No you are right I was to young. My family was in business then and yes you are right it was very tough from what they told me. I still don't think my father and grandfather are completely over it. They also tell me that looking back it was one of the best times to be farming if you made it through the banks were pretty much giving you the bankrupt farms in order to get them off there books. Very sad and tragic event in farming history but no I still do not care about interest rates. If 20% interest happens again yes My farm biusiness will be broke but I have set my farm business up to go broke properly, so that it doesn't effect my personal assets. "Protect yourself for the downside because the upside takes care of it's self"

Ha thats funny. Your farm business goes broke they will be coming for your personal assets. Count on it.
