Generally it works the other way around. The new producer has no yield history to impute on the new ground and is stuck with a low county yield. A new producer is then really hit when it comes to coverage and things like PP.


That's how it works "here". APH's and trend adjusted corn yields in the 190-210's for corn - county average of 175ish, which is what a new producer would get unless the old tenant allows him to use his yields.
