So what do when your pH is 7.8 and all your micros are tied up. We have a chalk layer under many of our soils that wont allow us to change that. You can apply all the dry fertilize you want, but if the soil wont let it become available then foliar is the next best way. Have seen spikes in tissue tests by applying foliar micros almost always, and foliar potash in some cases. Not everyones situation is the same, i find that last post pretty arrogant.
I agree with you. I have some ground that will only respond to foliar especially MN. I don't think bad farmer has any muck. |
