Bloomington and Putnam IL | I would like to get down to around 150 and am pretty close (156.5 for the last two weeks which is the thinnest I have been since high school). Last year I was around 170# at this time and my mile splits were 1 minute slower. If I could take another 15 seconds off my mile splits I could do better in the big races (I already do well in the small and mid sized races).
