Oh Jane, I know how you feel. If you are a daily weigher, please stop that and only weigh once a week. Not sure how old you are, but your name says you are a grandma and females that are older like me, it can be very hard to lose weight. Don't give up. I think we retain water at the blink of an eye. Stick with us Jane and maybe next week will be better.
