Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow | A couple of years ago I ran an experiment where I blended up to 20% ethanol in my biodiesel. I didn't have access to a dynamometer I felt that I had more power and certainly a sweeter smelling exhaust. In my experience the exhaust from regular low sulfur diesel is dirty, biodiesel is much cleaner but better smelling, and ethanol/biodiesel is not only clean but actually pleasant. They could have saved a whole lot of money if they had used biodiesel instead of developing the tier 4 engines. |
