In 2012/13 we imported I fair chunk of ethanol into this country from Brazil.
Much of Brazil's E is from sugar cane.
Sugar E IS,,, YES IS consider 2nd generation ethanol and DOES and get the .45 blenders tax credits. There's a milo E-plant in NW Kansas that has a methane digest and in part fuels the plant, this plant DOES get the .45 blenders credit because it considered 2nd gen Ethanol.
So we the American tax payers subsided sugar ethanol being imported into this country. Some thing do get under your skin..... | |
