The category "Motor Gasoline (incl. Motor Gasoline Blending Components)"... is this just referring to non-ethanol blended fuel? Are ethanol and gasoline in this case stored separately and only blended just prior to delivery to a fuel outlet... or could a portion of the "Blending Components" storage already include ethanol blended fuels as well?
