At 5" rows I wouldn't personally go down that low of populations.
Maybe down to 160-175,000?
Do u have a wider rowed planter? Probably too late to get meters if so?
Here at least, when planting that low of a population you suggested its in a 15-30" row.
Might be a great opportunity to do multiple population studies on your farm
