these markets exist, but for the most part especially in the beef sector they are local. although I think companies like whole foods and niman ranch, have programs for natural, no antibiotic beef.    we sell some beef through our local locker, most of my customers don't want implants, and are somewhat concerned about antibiotic use.  so that's fine until we settle up, get a fair amount of whining about what I charge.    well I guess if you have a supposed premium product not everybody wants to pay the premium price.
