Good post Jim.  Also for all the people that think farmers should farm 200 acres part time so everybody gets a chance to farm think that it's fine to go to town and take a factory job away from somebody but it's not fair to try and rent another farm?  Over the past 5 years there have been a lot of farmers quit their town jobs to farm full time and they can't just go get those jobs back now so either they start a new job at low pay wages or they try to expand their farming operation.
