I am really rethinking this whole thing now, I'd much rather grow higher value crops (edible beans, squash, niche markets for grains) and have fewer acres. I would love to have no employees to worry about keeping busy, getting hurt, feeling responsible to when there isn't much in winter... Smaller and more diverse is where I'm headed
