When my brother & I split the partnership it took several years.The hard feelings of the spouses and siblings took a decade. Break it up in several parcels, sell it or force the sale if you don't have that authority, & whoever is the highest bidder owns it the others can bank it. Don't let the dust settle on your shoes.

I believe a trust must be settled in 9 months and the judge oversee the process.
