| Looking for some advise. Neighbor wants to sell me his cows with calves. He has 30 heifers 20 2nd calvers and 10 3rds. Calves from March 1 to April 1. He wants 2900$ a pair and 75$ acer pasture rent. I spray/fertilize. He buys fencing supplies I do labor. I can use his facilities hoop barn to calve in. I've never had cattle before but always wanted to . Also 5 year lease on pasture.any thoughts appreciated | |
