I don't know, it might be a good opportunity. All young cows, every one with a calf. Good pasture, and he wants average rent. $174,000 in cows, like everybody says is probably too high, I don't understand why yearling heifers are bringing $1000 while 1st calf pairs are still $2500-2800. The real question is if anybody else wants it.
