Put the "For Sale" sign up in my 91 year old mom's front yard on Friday. Had a showing Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Had an offer on Monday night, accepted the offer on Tuesday night. We have to fix the wiring which will run $6500 and can be done soon and they want the closing Sept 26th. Waiting on inspection yet too. Fingers crossed that it is ok.
