Northern IL | Trying to settle a family estate with large family. The estate consists of several tracts of bare land and the home farm (buildings and house). All but one family member are in the farming enterprise. Everything is suppose to be equally split in the future. I'm looking for some bias advice since there is tension amongst the family. Is there professionals that specialize in trusts or estates? The executors have no interest in making time to get it split in the best interest of everyone. Communication has stopped for about a year now. | |
