Subject: Pipe fence building 101 efficiency ideas?

West of Broken Bow
Need some input on ways to speed up the process if possible.

What would be a good template design or jig for evenly spacing the holes when marking and using a cutting torch on the pipe post for the horizontal sucker rod pieces? We preferred having the sucker rod inserted into holes in the posts instead of welding them just on the exterior without any holes. Yes it takes a lot more welding and welding rod but appears to be more durable.

Is there something practical to use when positioning the posts in the ground equidistant prior to pouring cement?

We spent so much time fiddling with trying to keep the posts plumb and in line.
