Pittsburg, Kansas | I know they lowered the levels considered safe a while back. Gets more people on blood pressure medication that way.
When I was on blood pressure meds my arms would go to sleep at night if I were to rest them above my heart. And I had a persistent dry cough. Changed diet, blood pressure dropped, got off BP medication, and those problems went away.
There is quite a difference in opinion on what a balanced diet is. Most nutritionists would not consider a ketogenic diet like mine balanced.
