Probably stray tomcat. Most all felines outsider male will kill youngsters not his and sometimes his. Story coming. My dad got two male collie mix pups and gave one to a friend. Turned out his friend got the better one. It would kill toms but guard female cats. But the toms died smiling because his females always had kittens.
What killed my kids kittens?
