Maybe on the coast. Virginia south to Florida. Not many do this it's too risky. Volunteer corn would be a big big problem. The cost to the pest environment would be dependent on the baseline disease and pest pressure of the initial treatment crop.

An odd first post for someone that has been a member since 2016.
