North Central Illinois | Uh, I've said all along that democratic governors like ours in Illinois handled it poorly and went too far. I think some of the republican governors handled it poorly too by deferring to politics over science when deciding how to handle this whole thing. We got through it no thanks to some people on both sides of the aisle. As ironic as it might seem, the fact that we got through it and are we are at now is because of President Trump and his aggressiveness about developing and manufacturing a vaccine. I think we would still be struggling greatly with this thing had it not been for his push for a vaccine. The CDC, the President, and some democratic governors are now saying we don't need to wear masks. I thought their goal was to keep us in masks forever? | |
