I do not know but it might be wise to shop around. When we got ours the insurance covered it. Like any other medical procedure, the price they list and the price they charge insurance companies might be vastly different than a cash price. I would sure ask the price before I got stuck if I were paying for it outright. Might otherwise get a nasty surprise at payment time.
