Southern Indiana | So far it's been a good beginning to the hay season. 2 flat tires and one leaky hydraulic hose, the last one just as we rolled into the bale yard. Ended up with 148 bales (4 × 5 1/2) of very nice grass hay off 28 acres. Fertilizer is lined up for Mon morning and it looks like the weather will cooperate. Plus now there is the confidence everything won't fly to pieces or just not work.
Hope everyone gets the rain they need when they need it. A little dry here for mid May but not bad. One of the fields I have got stuck in while baling but not this year.
