SW Minnesota | We ended up hooking an overnight thunderstorm to bring our total to .8 yesterday and overnight. Lots of small hail.
This was the first cell I’ve watched in a while that was able to intensify as it came over us. If we create some humidity this week I would expect more general widespread rains at this point, but thats simply my feelings on how this cell acted differently.
My guess is by the end of the week we’re asking for it to stop here, (I’m actually satisfied till June personally). I’m not saying we will change the dry weather trend for the entire season, but even in a dry year we seem to flood Fields once and this might be the window. | |
