one of my plants developed a lot of tubular stems on it this yr. I pulled off the seed pods but it seems there are a lot of them on this plant, are my plants lacking something? what can I do to help it, my plants aren't producing like they have in the past but I'm blaming the warm, cold, wet year we have had so far.
