Chilliwack BC | We have one in the barn that feeds only the milking parlour pipeline and tank washers. We still have hot water tanks set at 140, and the tankless is in series, set at 180, bumping it up so we know the wash water is always hot enough.
If your only concern is not having a cold shower, set it 5 degrees colder than the hot water tank so it only fires up when the tank can’t keep up.
