NW Ohio | Are you sure it isn't cell data related? How is your cell signal strength? If that is the issue, it will not matter whose service you are running.
To test the CORS network you will need to setup an account with the MN CORS network if you haven't already.
On your Android device, pair it with the Beacon. Download Lefebure NTRIP app. In receiver settings: receiver connection = external via BT, Bluetooth Device = Beacon In the NTRIP settings: Network Protocol = NTRIP V1.0, enter MN CORS IP/Port/Username/Password/Data stream. Reported location from external receiver if that is how it is currently setup. If not you can enter a manual location or use Android GPS
Connect and see how it does.
Only other way with iOS is with a Aman BT device and their NMEA talker app.
