I'm thinking slow grind up to the top of this technical leg (~25 more cents in the Nov/Dec) in the next 5 days and then the May 12th WASDE and then depending on the numbers some crazy volatility back to test the bottom of the range or onto a new leg, which I haven't looked at any charts or presentations to see where that ends up. So Magic 8 ball works for me.
$6 cash corn and $14 cash soybeans (plus maybe 25 extra cents here in the next few days) for fall looks like a decent place to get started a little bit. Selling some mid-$7 GBS corn makes that prudent risk management of selling $5.50 corn 6-8 weeks ago seem like very little fun. |
