You didn't insulate the floor. The floor got cold over the winter and now that the humidity is rising snd it's warmer the floor sweats. I have a shop my grandpa built in 1980 that they did the same thing. Best temp fix is a dehumidifier and open the doors on a hot dry day and warm the slab back up.
