Wear parts on it are meant to replaceable at Deere dealers. I.e. the opening discs, closing wheels, scrapers can be sourced at a deere dealer.  The row unit is meant to mimic a Deere XP row unit but instead of cast it is made from laser cut 3/16" or more steel.  That coupled with the parallel arm design makes it nearly indestructible.




If it was meant to be indestructible, why use jd opening disks? Seems like there’s a thread on here every few weeks about problems with those.
