We used to have a 1780 and I commend you for sticking with this long. Both Kinze and 1790 light years ahead of a 1780. We have a 1790 and has been a great planter for us but does soybeans only on lots of acres every year. Very trouble free. They do have reputation for being heavy in corn, especially on a wet year.
