Central MN | Rock shaft broke, or whatever you call the pipe that goes between the main frame wheels. Main question is what is this slive valve looking thing on the one end of the main frame cylinders? Disk started settling down instantly and thinking it's the seals but wasn't sure what this was and of this could be causing issues. Thanks.
