How big a yield bump, ive heard of them rolling beans to preserve moisture after planting but idk If it really works. Plant deeper or wait for the rain. And the 1st to 3rd trifoliate sounds like compacting roots that have already started down their paths. I roll before planting to help with consistent seed depth, Not always tho
