asked a company driver once why they do that, well his answer was, when we're behind another truck drafting we feel we can run much faster, so we pass, then once out of the draft we are screwed, the guy we are passing is pissed that we want to pass and he can't run any faster, so there they sit holding up traffic, not a GOOD reason but a reason
