We installed these same lights as replacements for t-5's. 6 of these lights on 20 ft ceiling in a 50x60 shop. Very bight BUT they tended to cast 3-4 shadows around me no matter where I worked in the shop. We put some led string lights between and eradicated all shadows.
I am 67 and need all the light I can get. Those shadows were quite irritating.
