Thud or JC can correct if wrong , but even 'altered for farm use only' trucks & trailers have to be able to pass safety inspection ....IDK if they a yellow window inspection sticker or not...

I do know MTO have ticketed guys for having truck tires on farm wagons that don't meet tread requirements

Well.....all the potato trucks and truck mounted tmr mixers that are in this area are not safetied or plated. I think that high range air lines have been removed or plugged to help limit speed. Those truck owners keep the trucks in top shape and could pass safety without an issue. Too many horrendous drivers out there to have equipment running the roads and not be in good mechanical order.

As for the MTO and wagons......I would like to know the rest of the story. You would have to be doing something wrong to get there attention.
