TX & AR | The fertilizer buggy was a dry spreader with 8000 lbs of fertilizer. Pulled it over some hilly terrain and never missed a beat. I personally use 3/4 or more truck for your applications. Those loads to me require more than a 1/2 ton truck. Our 1250 gallon nurse tank and 30 foot headers can push around the one ton. I guess my experience in my area is the 2.7 would not be the limiting factor in this situation. | |
