Check for cracks in your fuel suction lines that would let air in and let it drain back to tank. Your lift pump could be getting weak. Also check to make sure the shut off cable is no set too short. I had that once, the shut off would not return all the way when the cable was pushed ahead and it started hard, but ran ok.
