Subject: RE: Prevent Plant in North Dakota?

With the last round of FSA payments based on planted acres and not base acres, very doubtful that may will take PP. Many (myself included) took PP last year and it cost us money to keep clean, lost alot due to wind erosion this spring, loss of higher fall price revenue, lost out on many of FSA payments. Not many will do that again anytime soon.

Somehow it seems to happen where the fertilizer gets cut and the wheat only comes out of the drill at half bu/A... far from ok with me but saw it done when I was an adjuster.
