| I use the price when we harvest and deliver to town off that farm. Some times one has to look up farm payments also. You can make it any way you want.
If the landlord provides storage one may wish to use a different time period . I do use the cash price. Also add in Premium for Non Gmo etc. Some do and some don't.
Some figure inputs as a factor also.
Basically I pay a fair rent and then a bonus to make their share equal to share rent if we do well.
Last year I had one farm and the rent was most of the crop. No reduction. Just the way it is.
