A very wide ranging health discussion primarily targeted at high protein diets in athletes, but other nuggets worth listening to also. Like the comment where he said low sodium intake has been associated with increase hip fractures. And bones are made of a lattice work of protein filled in with calcium. High protein diet associated with increased bone density and reversing osteoporosis and osteopenia. Dr Paul Mason, one of my favorites.
