south dakota | Consider your cost thus far. You already have almost 2 bags to the acre of seed on it if you destroy and plant again you are over that. Not sure what your bag coat was or kind of corn you planted. I have never done silage but would it be possible to up the fert to this area and sell it for chopping. Not the best option probably but at this point aren't you almost just trying to limit the loss. If your seed cost was $250 and you attempt to replant you will have around $500 just in seed cost. | |
