I'm partial to glass, and a full windshield.
Adding a back window is gonna cut the dust down a lot when running a front windshield. It keeps the dirt/dust from swirling behind the windshield into the cab. I would do poly on the back, less worries about a scratch or 3 back there, and not gonna break it tossing something into the box and have a whoopsie moment.
